Description
You will drive and track success criteria of a feature group. You'll also partner with others to identify short-term investment opportunities and collaborate with partners to garner support for that feature group. You will demonstrate ability to define a feature set and will facilitate usability reviews with customers. You'll start to own a portion of the roadmap for a feature group, and will organize scenario walkthroughs to identify problems. You will work with Software Engineering to design technical solutions. You'll also identify risks and propose data-based mitigations. You will define success criteria as you collaborate with others to implement features for cross-functional projects. You'll coordinate and ensure alignment across teams. You will partner with Product Marketing teams by helping build marketing, roll-out, and customer support plans. You'll also promote the group of features you worked on and co-present at large events. You will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses to incrementally improve product development in specific areas. You'll also begin to manage customer communities and build trust with targeted customers. Embody our Culture and Values Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years' experience in product/service/program management or software development These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years' experience in product management or software development OR equivalent experience. Proven ability in technical communication and strategic thinking to influence product direction and simplify complex concepts
