Description

- Partner with engineering and solution managers to define product features, translate them into engineering requirements, and maintain a clear and prioritized backlog. - Lead the day-to-day execution rhythm including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring alignment on goals and delivery outcomes. - Manage schedules, dependencies, and release plans, proactively surfacing risks and driving mitigation across teams. - Define, track, and report on key product metrics (OKRs, KPIs) to measure adoption, performance, and business impact of AI solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements, gather feedback, and align on trade-offs that balance business priorities with technical feasibility. - Drive release readiness and rollout activities to ensure smooth deployment and effective adoption of AI capabilities. - Identify patterns and trends in product quality, performance, and usage, using insights to guide continuous improvement. - Model accountability, curiosity, and collaboration in daily work by building trust across teams, owning outcomes, and leading by example. - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development - OR equivalent experience.
