Responsibilities:

EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Prior experience in relevant functional knowledge of psychrometric, thermodynamic, water chemistry, product management, or product marketing experience in the industrial, commercial, or institutional HVAC field.
• Previous experience managing a technical product portfolio.
• Strong business, strategic thinking, planning & financial analysis skills.
• Self-motivated with positive attitude, proven leadership, and teamwork skills to work cross-functionally to achieve targeted business results.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong analysis/synthesis, organizational and creative problem-solving skills.
• Travel internationally and domestically 20% of the time
