As a Product Manager II, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering products that drive tangible business outcomes. You will define the strategy, prioritize initiatives, and lead execution across both customer-facing solutions and internal platforms. Collaborating closely with engineering, design, operations, and compliance teams, you will ensure products are scalable, customer-focused, and aligned with business objectives. This role involves analyzing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and using experimentation to inform product decisions. You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, influencing cross-functional teams while driving measurable impact and innovation. Accountabilities Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned initiatives, from ideation to launch and iteration. Define product strategy, vision, and priorities with a focus on customer value and business outcomes. Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and compliance to deliver high-quality products. Advocate for customer needs using research, feedback, and data-driven insights to guide product development. Apply hypothesis-driven development and A/B testing to validate ideas and optimize product performance. Continuously identify opportunities to improve products, internal workflows, and user experiences. Engage with customers and partners to validate ideas, resolve issues, and maintain transparency. Contribute to product roadmaps by synthesizing insights from customers, market trends, and internal metrics. 5+ years of professional experience in product management, financial services, or management consulting focused on financial services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset and bias toward action. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams effectively. Experience translating product strategy into actionable execution plans, including requirements and prioritization frameworks. Familiarity with hypothesis-driven product development, A/B testing, and agile methodologies. Commercially minded, understanding financial and business levers that impact product decisions. Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with ambiguity and competing priorities. Curiosity and interest in emerging technologies, including AI, data platforms, and fintech infrastructure. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or graduate degree preferred but not required. Competitive salary range: $130,000 – $163,000.
