Your responsibilities will include: Collaborate with other marketing team members and regional partners to develop and execute strategies for first-to-market launches, navigating complex regulatory, clinical, and commercial environments. Collaborate with regional stakeholders to build new therapy markets, considering product portfolio mix, local economics, pricing strategies, launch planning, therapy scaling, and sales support. Apply advanced problem-solving skills to overcome barriers and help define best practices and innovative approaches for therapy adoption. Work closely with US marketing team to adapt and expand product positioning and messaging for global audiences. Provide market insights and feedback to inform broader marketing strategies and portfolio decisions. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or related field 3+ years of experience in product management, marketing analytics, or commercial execution, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry. Experience with procedure-based therapies or interventional devices (cardiovascular, neurovascular, or peripheral interventions high valued.) Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and solve ambiguous problems. Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively within a team and across functions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment. Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, to include international travel. MBA or advanced degree. Experience launching therapies or products in new global markets.
