Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a confident and experienced team leader to take ownership of the Teacher CPD Academy – overseeing our online platform, leading our Account Manager team, and managing the creation and delivery of high-quality CPD content.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Oval, London. The right candidate will be excited by the pace and variety of a growing organisation, and comfortable working in a close-knit team where collaboration and initiative are key.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define product vision and strategy.
  • Lead the ongoing development and daily operations of the Teacher CPD Academy platform.
  • Line manage a team of Account Managers, driving high performance and engagement whilst being open to collaboration and their ideas.
  • Oversee the entire content creation process, from planning and commissioning to review and publishing.
  • Manage and deliver cross-functional projects to improve the platform and client experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and stakeholders.
  • Monitor engagement data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the leadership team in delivering company strategy and expanding our international client base.
  • Work with the Head of sales and marketing to ensure growth.

This role has a number of non-negotiable requirements:

  • In-office only: This is a 5-day-a-week, office-based role in Oval, London. There is no hybrid or remote option.
  • Fixed salary: The salary is £50,000 – this is not negotiable.
