We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the Traffic Steering team at a leading e-commerce company, enhancing marketing efficiency and ROI through collaboration and data-driven optimization across various channels.

JOB DESCRIPTION: PRODUCT MANAGER (SEARCH ENGINE ADVERTISING)

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead a team, a critical function in charge of driving over 50% of all visits on the e-commerce platform. This team ensures we spend our paid marketing budget effectively across channels like Search Engine Advertising (SEA), Affiliate, and Social.
You will work closely with engineers, data scientists, analysts, and marketers to drive campaign optimization and scale steering across channels, unlocking better ROI on marketing spend through automation and data-driven insights.

Tasks you will perform:

  • Own the product strategy for traffic steering across paid channels to maximize marketing efficiency and impact.
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders and external partners to turn ambiguity into scalable product solutions.
  • Design and lead development of automated bidding and optimization systems (e.g., value-based steering).
  • Integrate first-party data to enable advanced targeting capabilities while maintaining privacy and compliance.
  • Build scalable infrastructure for real-time product feed management and end-to-end campaign automation.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture by creating focus, setting clear priorities, and driving alignment around outcomes over outputs.

REQUIREMENTS: PRODUCT MANAGER (SEARCH ENGINE ADVERTISING)

Are you the changemaker we are looking for?

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management;
  • Experience working with a team of backend engineers and data scientists. Preferably in Marketing or Advertising;
  • A product-led mindset with a high degree of autonomy and a bias for action;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of data-driven decision making;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels;
  • The ability to influence, build trust and strong-relations quickly, and drive clarity in cross-functional collaboration.
