Responsibilities:    * Actively gather feedback from customers and the Sales team to understand use cases and identify "pain points" in seismic monitoring. * Assist in defining technical specifications for new instruments and accessories to ensure alignment with market needs. * Serve as the point of contact among R&D, Operations, and Marketing to ensure clear requirements and business case alignment * Work with teams to maintain an up-to-date understanding of the competitive landscape, performing "teardowns" or feature comparisons of rival products. * Assist in managing the transition of products from active development to mature production and, ultimately, end of life (EOL). * Assist in the creation of technical content and documentation to help Marketing and Sales communicate the unique value of Nanometrics' instrumentation. REQUIREMENTS:    * A combination of education (BSc or MSc) or hands-on experience in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Geomatics), Earth Sciences, or a related technical field. * 1-3 years of experience in a high-tech environment (this could include internships, technical support, application engineering, or junior PM roles). * A demonstrated interest in the commercial side of technology—how scientific tools are built, sold, and supported globally. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks or small projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. * A natural drive to understand "how things work," specifically in the realm of hardware, sensors, or signal processing. * Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely. Why Nanometrics?  * Global Leader: Join a Canada's Best Managed Companies Platinum Club winner and a global leader in seismic solutions. * Work that Matters: Be part of a company committed to sustainable growth while making  a global impact with work that is essential now and in the future. * Flexible Hybrid Work: Benefit from a flexible hybrid model (3 days in-office minimum: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). * Generous Time Off: Start with a minimum of 3 weeks vacation, plus paid sick days and a company-wide holiday shutdown. * Day-One Benefits Coverage: Company-paid Health & Dental Benefits start from day one. * Wellness Support: Utilize a Health Spending & Wellness Account, which can be used for a wide variety of services (e.g., gym memberships, personal trainers, recreational activity fees etc.) * Financial Future: Benefit from an RRSP contribution matching program, a new TFSA option, and a company-wide corporate bonus program with a history of consistent payment. * Collaborate with the Best: Work and learn alongside high-performing teams and some of the industry's top minds. * Grow your career with us: We invest in your development through ongoing learning opportunities, including unlimited access to Udemy Business.  * Passionate & Fun Team: Enjoy a passionate team culture with regular social activities (e.g., Summer & Holiday Events).
