Develop annual marketing plans for IC portfolio, aligned with global positioning. Drive training programs and competency development for atherectomy and thrombectomy devices. Create messaging and toolkits emphasizing interventional cardiology brands algorithms and clinical benefits. Support sales with education on device selection and complication mitigation. Organize procedural workshops and physician education events. Collaborate with business unit and commercial leads to design bundled solutions and value-selling strategies. Monitor utilization and attach rates; adjust plans to improve portfolio penetration. Engage KOLs for case series and best-practice sharing. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Business Marketing or related field. Minimum 5 years in healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing (preferably cardiovascular or medical surgery) with proven success in product launches and portfolio management. Good knowledge of clinical support techniques and surgery procedural workflows. Strong understanding of tender processes and economic value messaging. Proficient in Power BI, Sales force, Excel, and presentation tools. Excellent communication and KOL engagement skills.
