We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and execution of interventional ultrasound solutions, with a focus on interventional radiology and system-level integration. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation at the intersection of clinical need, advanced imaging, and user-centered design.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in medical imaging, interventional radiology, or ultrasound systems.
• Strong understanding of interventional workflows and the role of imaging in procedural guidance.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and drive execution in complex, matrixed environments.
• Experience with user testing, VOC research, and clinical validation processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Background in system-level product development or platform integration.
• Familiarity with regulatory and clinical trial processes.
• Experience with AI-enabled imaging, UX design.

  The annual base pay for this position is:
  Min $133,900 - Max $200,900
  Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
  If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.

• Act as the primary liaison between the Interventional Ultrasound team and system product managers to ensure interventional priorities are embedded in platform development.
• Define and execute product strategies that support interventional radiology workflows and ultrasound-guided procedures.
• Lead planning and coordination of Early Customer Engagement (ECE) and user testing activities to validate product concepts and usability.
• Translate clinical insights into actionable product requirements and roadmaps in collaboration with R&D, UX, and clinical teams.
• Support cross-functional alignment across engineering, marketing, and regulatory to ensure timely and impactful product delivery.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
• Gather and prioritize customer and market requirements.
• Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding both internally and externally.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
