We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the definition, prioritization, and development of interventional workflows and user experiences—specifically focused on structural heart and electrophysiology procedures.
This role will drive innovation in AI-enabled imaging, data strategy, and next-generation UX concepts to elevate procedural confidence and clinical outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in interventional cardiology, medical devices, or healthcare technology.
• Strong understanding of structural heart procedures, like tricuspid and mitral valve repair and replacement and left atrial appendage closure workflows.
• Experience with AI/ML in imaging, data strategy, or clinical decision support is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex partner relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory and clinical development processes is a plus.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Background in UX design or human factors engineering.
• Experience with immersive technologies (AR/VR), voice interfaces, or mobile UX.
• Knowledge of interventional ultrasound systems and image-guided therapies.

  The annual base pay for this position is:
  Min $133,900 - Max $200,900
  Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
  If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.

• Define and prioritize product requirements for procedural workflows in collaboration with clinical and engineering teams.
• Lead cross-functional development efforts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and user needs.
• Drive AI data strategy and image acquisition workflows to support intelligent automation and guidance.
• Conduct VOC (Voice of Customer) research, user testing, and iterative prototyping to validate concepts and refine UX.
• Collaborate with medical device industry partners to co-develop integrated workflows.
• Champion new UX paradigms for fully integrated procedural ultrasound guidance of structural heart and electrophysiology procedures
• Translate clinical insights into actionable product roadmaps and success metrics.
• Work closely with system product managers to ensure interventional priorities are embedded in platform development.
