Product Management Related: • Experience as a mature Product Manager/Owner, leading requirement workshops with client SMEs and Product Managers. • Strong articulation skills (written & verbal) with analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication—ability to negotiate and finalize product requirements with stakeholders using visual tools. • Hands-on expertise in creating deliverables (business process flows, requirement specifications, user stories, product backlog). • Experience working with UI/UX/Visual design teams for product interface development. • Collaboration with Proxy Product Owners offshore for requirement grooming, sprint planning, and product engineering support. • Technical exposure to modern web/mobile application development and understanding of data structures. Domain Knowledge (Payments): • Strong understanding of payment gateways, merchant acquiring, and card networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). • Familiarity with digital wallets, real-time payments, and cross-border transactions. • Experience with payment platforms (Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, etc.). • Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools. • Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile environments. • Experience with API-based payment integrations. • Certifications in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or payments (NACHA, SWIFT) are a plus. • Exposure to AI-driven fraud detection and risk management in payments. Skill Sets: • Product Management. • Agile Environment experience—working with cross-functional teams. • Defining MVP and MMP. • Product Manager or Owner experience using Business Analysis Tools. • Ownership and management of the product roadmap. • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills. • Attention to detail. • Understanding of technologies used in the product. • Experience with tools like MIRO, Figma, Aha, JIRA, Azure DevOps
