Division: Erikson Audio
Location: Baie-D’Urfe, QC (hybrid, 3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM (flexible)

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Erikson Audio is a division within JAM that distributes Recording, DJ, and other Pro Audio products in Canada. We are a fun group, committed to success as a team.
The position offers excellent growth potential and an opportunity to take on more responsibilities over time. The candidate will be working closely with the division’s VP.
We are currently seeking a Product Manager to join the Erikson Audio Division within the Pro Audio market segment (focus on Recording and DJ product offering). The candidate will be responsible for the product management of a portfolio of brands: go-to-market strategy, purchasing, inventory, marketing, and supplier relationships. The candidate will also lead product & marketing-related activities, digital marketing & communications initiatives, prepare tools for the sales team, and conduct market research.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a portfolio of brands and develop growth strategies.
  • Develop product pricing for the Canadian Market.
  • Develop and execute product go-to-market strategies.
  • Perform sales, profitability, and competitive analysis.
  • Manage inventory.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from SKU creation to product launch and retirement.
  • Develop close supplier relationships and foster open lines of communication.
  • Liaise with the sales representatives & suppliers.
  • Provide expertise in product applications, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing & communications activities.
  • Manage social media platforms as well as digital and web content (a plus).
  • Assist with e-commerce efforts which may include Amazon storefront maintenance and advertising campaigns (a plus: training available as required).
  • Assist in organizing trade shows, special events, and other promotional events.
