1. Domain Leadership & Strategy10 + years of experience in client facing roles like business analyst, product owner, product managerServe as the overall owner and subject matter leader for applications and solutions under the Turbine Engineering & Load Simulation domain.Develop and maintain domain strategy aligned with organizational objectives and engineering roadmaps.Drive continuous improvements, innovation, and standardization across the domain.

2. Project & Delivery Management: Manage complete end‑to‑end lifecycle of all domain projectsScope → Budgeting → Planning → Execution → Testing → Deployment → SupportMaintain accurate planning, timelines, and statuses on project management tools/portals.Run domain-level workshops, stakeholder meetings, and key-user connect sessions.Ensure high-quality delivery by coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and engineering groups.

3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of wind turbine domains, especially:Turbine engineering processesTurbine load simulation methodologiesEngineering design workflowsSimulation platforms and tools (e.g., aeroelastic simulation, structural load analysis, etc.)
