JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking two Product Managers, Consumer Products to support Digital and Technology Transformation initiatives. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing and prioritizing product backlogs, collaborating with business and technical teams, and ensuring alignment of product vision with business goals. This role requires a strong blend of product ownership and project management skills to deliver on high-impact initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Product Owner experience, with proven ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools (CSM certification preferred).
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with ability to present to leadership and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience/certification.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT application design, development, or a related professional area.
    Job Type: Contract
    Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 2 per week

  • Own and manage the product backlog; define and refine user stories with clear technical solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product peers, leadership, and external vendors, to drive program deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, project plans, risk/issue assessments, and status updates.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements, milestones, and tasks for development teams.
  • Ensure effective communication of product vision, business objectives, technical feasibility, risks, and implementation strategies.
  • Drive alignment and execution across stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Deliver results under challenging conditions, managing ambiguity, complexity, and aggressive timelines.
