We are seeking an experienced medical device Product Manager who will have responsibility for the growth of the Knee market segment in the US Orthopedics market.
In this critical position, you will have both global upstream responsibility for product development and downstream responsibility in the U. S. Your primary focus will be driving the growth of your portfolio in the US market, you will have great latitude to determine the direction and initiatives you choose to implement. Close collaboration with your business partners across the organization is essential.
Your day-to-day activities in this role will include but are not limited to developing and refining a robust marketing funnel which builds customer awareness and drives them into the sales funnel, sales training content creation, surgeon and customer education for products and procedures, sales support, key opinion leader development, product life cycle (PLM) management, and market data collection & analysis. You should have an understanding of marketing principles, superior project management skills, and excellent communication skills. This is a management role and includes mentoring and developing Associate Product Managers and/or Marketing Associates.
