Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute category strategies for Elvive, contributing to market leadership in haircare. You’ll leverage data-driven insights from consumer trend analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
  • Product Innovation & Launches: Oversee successful product launches, adapting global assets to the Italian market while creating unique local initiatives that resonate deeply with Italian consumers. This is your chance to truly shape the Elvive brand in Italy.
  • Integrated Communication & Activation: Craft and implement communication plans, encompassing media mix strategies, media planning, campaign adaptation, and impactful digital/influencer marketing. You’ll ensure seamless synergy between media and in-store activations, driving excellence in execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with Trade Marketing, Sales, Business Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Development teams. Your collaborative spirit will be key to maximizing brand performance.
