As a product manager in Coffeehouse Excellence, you will Serve as the single-threaded owner for product outcomes, driving coordination and ensuring product work is owned and supported by the right teams. Own the product strategy, roadmap, and vision, aligning with business goals and partner needs. Gather and prioritize customer and partner needs, use cases and feedback into actionable requirements and success metrics. Define required features and outcomes, using data and insights to guide product decisions. Collaborate closely with the program manager to align on timelines, resource allocation and strategic priorities across initiatives. Partner with operations consultation managers on implementation while maintaining accountability for product outcomes. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions deliver on intended business outcomes. Facilitate decisions by balancing risk, available information and shifting priorities.
