We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. Roles and Responsibilities Conducting an orchestra - Managing all the elements perfectly. Ability to drive processes and people in collaboration and positive leadership and not out of authority and hierarchy. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact. Working with relevant suppliers: receiving price offers, planning and verifying the quality of the products and keeping schedules. Working closely with VPs (especially R&D, Operation, Success and Marketing) and their teams and team leaders. Measures for job success: standing in deadlines and project budget. Requirements Deep understanding and strategic vision on the one hand, and at the same time alertness to details, accuracy, and the ability to produce high-quality products. High motivation and ability to manage workload and meet deadlines. Ability to build prototypes – build a preliminary model that includes the advantages and disadvantages and the ability to realize the future product. High level of English. Experience in the world of Product marketing – knowledge and ability to conduct customer research while generating insights and translating them into products. Experience with planning e-commerce processes: registration, clearing, customer personal accounts, CRM, back office, and security processes. Experience with UI/UX tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Familiarity with the world of online companies such as CFD, e-commerce, fintech, or gaming – a significant advantage. Experience in agile methodologies - Advantage Experience as a programmer and expertise in UX (understanding customer needs) – a significant advantage. Experience in QA, optimization, and measuring the effectiveness of the product – a significant advantage. Experience working with multidisciplinary systems – an advantage. Degree in computer science or engineering – an advantage.
