About the Role
We are looking for a Business Transformation & Product Manager to act as the bridge between our business teams and IT department. You will ensure technology initiatives align with business priorities, maximize productivity, and deliver measurable value across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Managing Director and business leaders to understand strategic priorities and operational challenges
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through digital initiatives and automation
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into actionable project specifications
- Define and manage product roadmaps and project backlogs based on business value and strategic impact
- Coordinate digital projects from conception through deployment, ensuring timelines and objectives are met
- Validate functional specifications, participate in testing, and confirm delivered solutions meet business expectations
- Support change management by communicating updates, delivering training, and promoting user adoption
- Monitor project performance, user satisfaction, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Gather post-deployment feedback and recommend enhancements based on business needs and usage metrics
- Promote the capabilities of the IT team and ensure technology solutions are fully leveraged across the business
- Challenge project scope and priorities to ensure investments deliver strong ROI
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field — mandatory
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a similar role
- Bilingual in French and English — preferred
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for digital transformation
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an asset
