ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Product Manager reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll join an agile, cross-functional team working closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, and Engineers to continuously enhance our product. Your role will balance customer insights with strategic product decisions, ensuring LimeFlight remains powerful, intuitive, and valuable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Engineers, and Delivery teams to translate user feedback and product ideas into clear requirements, detailed specifications, and interactive prototypes.
• Engage directly with customers, through online meetings and on-site visits, to deeply understand their journeys, gather valuable feedback, and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
• Monitor product performance, analyse data, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Participate actively in product launch preparations, working closely with communication and customer success teams to develop documentation, training materials, and demonstrations.
• Conduct research through customer interviews, internal stakeholders, market trends, and competitive analysis to continuously generate new, innovative product ideas.
• Drive alignment across teams, communicate clearly the product vision, and motivate collaboration throughout the company.
• Support the Implementation Team in effectively onboarding new customers onto the LimeFlight platform.
