Our customers are enthusiastic about our software and service, which has allowed us to grow strongly in recent years. To further improve our product and support our growth, we are looking for a Product Manager to help us take the next step.

What are you going to do?As a Product Manager you are responsible for monitoring and improving our product process. You actively collect input from customers and the team, translate needs into clear improvements and ensure that these are properly elaborated, developed, tested and delivered. You work closely with development, sales and support and ensure that new functionalities are properly documented and transferred internally.

• Your responsibilitiesMonitoring the product process from need and elaboration to development, testing and delivery
• Ensure that product processes continue to progress and that agreements and expectations are clear
• Testing and reviewing new features and monitoring that they meet requirements and customer needs
• Actively interact with customers to determine needs, feedback and opportunities for improvement
• Collecting, structuring and prioritizing customer feedback, internal wishes and other product input
• Translating needs into clear requirements and tickets for development
• Documenting new and existing functionalities and ensuring proper transfer to sales and support
• Improving and automating product processes and actively using AI and other relevant tools
• Monitoring product performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

• We askAt least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product role within software/SaaS
• HBO+/WO working and thinking level
• You work in a structured way, monitor progress and have an eye for quality and detail
• You communicate clearly and can switch well between customers, developers, sales and support
• You enjoy actively engaging with customers and finding out their actual needs
• You can clearly document and explain functionalities and processes
• You actively use AI and other modern tools to work smarter and more efficiently
• Experience with product and workflow management tools such as Linear is an advantage
• Good command of the Dutch and English language
