THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE
As a Product Manager, Search you will collaborate with teams from across the organization to develop and evolve our highly innovative, AI-powered Search platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for helping define the product strategy and owning the execution of the roadmap. Your expertise will shape our platform’s capabilities in leveraging customer insights to provide a tailored shopping experience that delivers highly relevant search results, wherever our customers are looking to discover our products.
We are looking for a candidate who is obsessed with delivering the most customer-centric experience while considering the needs of our colleagues as well, showing proven success in ownership, bias for action, and thinking big. As Product Manager, you will need to exhibit the ability to make the high-judgment trade-offs, and work in a fast-paced, analytical, and experimentation-driven environment to drive scale. The right candidate will bring a good mix of experience with a product management skill-set, e-commerce, technical fluency (you must feel comfortable understanding and discussing technology concepts with engineering and data scientists) and a roll-up-your-sleeves entrepreneurial approach.
