We are now looking for Product Manager, Logistics
Come aboard KONE IT and join a dynamic Supply Chain Solutions team, which is the heart of the business, reshaping urban mobility through cutting-edge solutions and technologies.
As the Product Manager, Logistics , you will be the driving force behind a portfolio of IT products that support and enhance KONE’s Logistics IT solutions (SAP & TMS). Leading a dedicated global team of IT Product Owners and technical experts, you will ensure our solutions meet stakeholder needs and deliver significant business value. You are member of Supply Chain Solutions Leadership Team.
This position is based in Espoo, Finland and reports to the Head of IT, Supply Chain.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE`RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Over 10 years of IT experience with expertise across various roles and technologies
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain end-to-end processes and logistics, including inbound/outbound logistics, transportation management, and collaboration with Logistic Service Providers
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP modules (LE, MM, SD) with knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, TM & BN4L as an asset
  • Skilled in agile, DevOps, and value-driven prioritization and execution (5+ years)
  • Proven track record in leading complex global product initiatives, defining and executing product vision and roadmaps for ERP and Supply Chain systems
  • Extensive project management experience, leading large-scale, cross-functional IT projects in global environments, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget
  • Strong knowledge of incident management, root cause analysis, and operational excellence
  • Experienced in building and leading high-performing teams, ensuring accountability, efficiency, and business value delivery
  • Accountable for product vision, roadmaps, lifecycle costs, and alignment with IT operations strategy and business goals
  • Responsible for identifying and maximizing synergies between products and teams, optimizing resources, partnerships, technologies, and ways of working
  • Leads supplier selection, governance, and performance management, including contract oversight and supplier integration
  • Actively engages with stakeholders to drive collaboration, transparency, and effective execution of IT initiatives
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, able to engage IT and business leaders

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage product vision and roadmaps, ensuring they deliver value to stakeholders together with Business and Process owners
  • You continuously seek synergies between multiple products and their teams to optimize the outcomes and efficiencies: product value propositions, business engagement, product operations, resource planning, supplier collaboration
  • Guide and coach product owners and teams for effective planning and execution (agile way of working)
  • Oversee product lifecycle costs, aligning with business cases and budgets
  • Remove obstacles, ensuring necessary tools and systems are in place
  • Optimize synergies across products and teams for enhanced value and efficiency
  • Align product operations with KONE IT strategy, ensuring compliance and business continuity
  • Foster collaboration and transparency across teams, focusing on business engagement and quality
  • Engage with stakeholders to facilitate planning and execution, promoting a collaborative environment
  • Ensure a positive employee experience, emphasizing transparency, clarity, and learningopportunities
