REQUIRED SKILLS:

5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong preference for experience in the EV industry (e.g., electric vehicle manufacturers, charging infrastructure providers, automotive companies).
Proven experience in driving the development and launch of successful products.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

DESIRED SKILLS:

Experience with vehicle configurators and other automotive-related software.
Experience with mobile and web application development (React, iOS, Android).
Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations.
Experience with data analysis and product analytics tools.
MBA or other relevant advanced degree

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for EV-related products and services.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage product backlogs.
Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product development decisions.
Analyze product performance data and identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to launch and promote new products.
