Description

We are looking for a Product Manager for TargomoLOOP, a web-based application specialised in answering the question “where?” for location-based decisions across industries. Powered by a range of geospatial data and artificial intelligence (Geo AI), TargomoLOOP provides actionable insights for site selection. In this role, you will work at the crossroads of data science and software engineering, transforming customer and market insights into a strategic product vision and roadmap. To achieve this, you will play an active role in aligning cross-functional teams behind a common product vision.

MUST-HAVE-SKILLS:

  • 3 years’ experience as a Product Manager (or similar), preferably in a start-up or comparable high-paced environment OR 5 years experience in a role related to site selection or retail analytics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience coordinating between technical and non-technical teams
  • Self-driven work attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise under constraint and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Affinity for UI/UX and experience with a design software (we use Figma)
  • Proficiency in English

NICE-TO-HAVE-SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information Systems), location-based analytics, or map-based applications
  • Relevant industry experience (geospatial, retail, real-estate, or similar)
  • Experience in data-driven and/or B2B software
  • Professional level of German
Responsibilities
  • Product Vision & Strategy: Generate customer & market insights and use them to shape the product vision & strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals & client needs.
  • Owning the Roadmap: Develop & prioritise feature ideas into a product roadmap, continuously updating it with the latest developments & ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.
  • Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams & stakeholders, including engineering, sales, and product marketing.
  • Communication: Convey new developments to make sure all relevant internal and external stakeholders are informed timely and thoroughly of relevant changes.
  • Track Product Performance: Conduct market research and user testing to validate new developments, ensuring they deliver measurable value and seamless user experience.
  • Shaping the User Experience: Take part in or oversee the creation of product design.
