Der Product Manager (m/w/d) berichtet an unseren Lead Product Manager und verantwortet die Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Produktstrategie in der EMEA-Region. Dabei begleitet er den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus – von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Entwicklung bis zum erfolgreichen Markteintritt – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams aus Produkt, Entwicklung, Marketing und Vertrieb.

• Du übernimmst eine Schlüsselrolle in der Gestaltung und erfolgreichen Umsetzung unserer Kundenprojekte und Softwarelösungen. • Du verfügst über ein solides Grundverständnis der Prinzipien und Möglichkeiten von Künstlicher Intelligenz und Machine Learning. Du bist in der Lage, potenzielle KI/ML-Anwendungsfälle für unsere Produkte/Projekte zu identifizieren, deren Nutzen zu bewerten und die grundlegenden Anforderungen (z.B. an Datenqualität, -quantität, Infrastruktur) nachzuvollziehen. Dabei arbeitest du aktiv mit Data Scientists und ML-Engineers zusammen
• Du entwickelst, verantwortest und kommunizierst die Produktvision und -strategie für zugewiesene Kundenprojekte oder interne Produkte, stets ausgerichtet an den übergeordneten Unternehmenszielen.
• Du erstellst und pflegst eine klare, priorisierte Roadmap sowie das Product/Project Backlog und triffst fundierte Entscheidungen über deren Inhalte und Reihenfolge.
• Du definierst aussagekräftige Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) oder Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), um den Erfolg deiner Initiativen messbar zu machen und datengesteuerte Entscheidungen zu treffen.

• Du analysierst komplexe Kundenbedürfnisse durch professionelles Anforderungsmanagement (z.B. Workshops, Interviews), übersetzt diese in klare Anforderungen (User Stories, Epics) und berätst proaktiv zu innovativen und wertstiftenden Lösungen.
• Du bereitest die Umsetzung im agilen Entwicklungsteam vor, stellst ein gemeinsames Verständnis sicher und begleitest den Prozess als Product Owner oder in ähnlicher Funktion.

Experience in related roles (e.g. project management, business analysis) is an advantage, but your focus is clearly on product management.
• You have a degree (e.g. computer science, business informatics, mathematics, economics) or a comparable qualification, which you have acquired through relevant professional experience and continuous further training.
• You have the ability and willingness to familiarise yourself in depth with complex technical and specialist issues.
• You have excellent communication, presentation and moderation skills in German and English (written and spoken are business fluent).
