We also provide reselling support in close cooperation with agencies, managed service providers and service providers, drawing on our decades of experience.
Our tool for success: diverse characters and a common goal in a great international team. Join group.one as “Product Manager (m/f/d)” for our company Shore GmbH.

YOUR RESPONSIBILTY:

Shore is on a mission to provide SMBs in the service industry with the best booking, payment, and POS solutions. As we expand our online payment capabilities, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our online payment strategy and build a payment platform that drives customer satisfaction, adoption, and conversion.
This is a high-impact role where you will define, build, and scale our online payments offering, working closely with engineers, stakeholders, and leadership to drive strategic initiatives and ensure seamless integration of online payments across product lines.

As the product leader of our Growth Platform, you will:

  • Own and drive Shore’s online payment strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Expand online payment adoption across all product lines, making payments attractive and easy to use for customers.
  • Lead API integrations with third-party payment providers to improve payment experiences.
  • Work closely with our payment provider, considering compliance, regulatory alignment, ease of use, and conversion optimization.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand and enhance our payment platform, driving key initiatives for growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, customer-facing teams, and management to ensure seamless execution.
  • Influence stakeholders across the organization to drive alignment and adoption of online payments.
  • Measure success through key KPIs such as customer adoption, transaction volume, conversion rates, and overall satisfaction.
