Together with your cross-functional team, you’ll build a highly efficient product that ensures the heating and energy assets of our customers are maintained regurlaly and repaired quickly. This will include a self-service product for our customers, modern communication channels like chat or whatsapp, and the use of AI co-pilots and AI agents. We want to provide an Customer Experience that is a clear differentiator in the market.
