Description

As Product Manager, you will set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major portfolio of BFS finance systems – spanning the general ledger, accounts receivable, budgeting and forecasting, reconciliations, and finance data and analytics platforms. You’ll shape the future of our financial systems ecosystem, ensuring it is modern, scalable, and aligned to strategic goals. A key part of your role will be translating complex finance and tax needs into clear problem statements and actionable opportunities for our engineering and architecture teams.

You will prioritise and guide feature development across data modelling, system integrations, and management reporting, assessing the feasibility and impact of all proposed changes. You’ll influence how financial data is structured and represented within our analytics platforms, while identifying practical uses of AI to modernise our capabilities. Success in this role depends on your ability to build trusted relationships across finance, technology, and group functions—aligning priorities and enabling well‑governed, reliable data that drives better decision‑making across the BFS ecosystem.
