WHAT WE DO / THE TEAM

Margin & Collateral is going through a major transformation to drive risk reduction, operational efficiencies, compliance and competitive advantage, making this an exciting time to engage with Markets business and operations and owning the design and implementation of next generation Margin & Collateral platform.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED –

• Subject Matter Expert in Margin and Collateral domain across all asset classes (OTC Cleared, Exchange Traded Derivatives , Repo , Margin Loans etc.)
• Hands on experience with Agile ways of working , driving Planning session with business, operations and technology , writing User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Experience in running Transformation Programs alongside Run The Bank activities.
• Hands on experience writing Epic and Stories
• Expert in tools like Jira , Confluence etc.

ANY BENEFICIAL / NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• UX (User Experience) skills will be immensely helpful in designing new ways of working for operations.
• Knowledge of Industry Products used in Margin & Collateral like Acadia, Triresolve.
• Hands on experience in using database queries using SQL tools.

• Manage business analysts and agile practitioners supporting multiple systems or over a business analysis functional area with responsibilities including work allocation, budget and planning, performance evaluation, compensation, staffing and other duties as assigned
• Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure the efficient design, development and implementation and to ensure essential procedures are followed
• Develop strategy and guidelines for appropriate staffing requirements, exercising control over resources, budget management and planning and contributing to defining standards
• Resolve issues that have impact beyond own area and apply in-depth understanding of business analysis concepts and procedures and basic knowledge of other areas
• Work as a team to achieve objectives and influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, communicating with external parties as needed
