Job Description

  • Collaborate closely with Scalable’s Marketing teams to build features and tooling that enable them to launch bold and innovative client acquisition and engagement campaigns.
  • Conduct market and competitor research and review user feedback to develop Scalable’s top-of-the-funnel product strategy and feature roadmap.
  • Liaise between your cross functional software development, design and marketing teams to develop a technical feature roadmap that drives product adoption and growth, and supports Scalable’s overall brand and product strategy.
  • Improve data collection on key engagement metrics and the client’s user journey. Enable the marketing performance team to make data-driven decisions on user behaviour and improve segmentation.
  • Help optimise the client’s onboarding user experience and conversion rates across all digital acquisition and communication channels, Scalable Capital’s public website and the onboarding journey.
  • Collaborate with the mobile apps teams and other cross-functional teams to make Scalable’s client experience the most engaging on the market.
  • Support the decision-making process to select the right 3rd-party tools for our analytics, CRM and content management efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passion for digital products and the fintech landscape
  • A customer-obsessive mindset and a proven track record in executing/supporting world-class marketing campaigns in high-growth environments
  • Several years of professional experience in agile product development
  • In depth knowledge about the technology landscape for high-performing marketing teams: CRM, tracking, analytics & data collection, and content management
  • Strong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication skills that are clear, concise, and targeted towards your audience - software engineer, stakeholder or executive
  • Hands-on mentality and geared towards execution: from idea to UX-prototype to user story and design, you can handle it
  • Experience with common agile working tools and technologies like Jira, Confluence, Balsamiq, SQL/Metabase and similar applications
  • Excellent English communication skills (German is advantageous but not necessary)
  • Strong business process mindset
