EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree master’s degree preferred
  • At least 5 years’ marketing experience at least 3 years of marketing experience with a master’s degree
  • Ability to create comprehensive marketing strategies including upstream marketing experience (i.e. VOC, product definition and launch planning) with supporting plans, and the ability to execute marketing plans required
  • Experience in AI/health-tech, or healthcare/Life Science industry (i.e. clinical knowledge related to a hospital environment, clinical practice and reimbursement policies)
  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain Excel financial/forecast models to support business cases, market segment evaluations, and commercial pathways for short-term and long-term initiatives
  • Substantial understanding in tracking and interpreting market share, pricing, ASPs, competitive dynamics preferred
  • Strong consultative and relationship building and relationship management skills

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this role you will lead upstream marketing activities for Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) algorithms pipeline by partnering with R&D Algorithm team to define, develop, and commercialize AI based algorithms and solutions that improve patient care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Lead overall strategy and management for the algorithm pipeline portfolio, assessing algorithm feasibility, validating commercial opportunity through building business cases, and guiding development
  • Provide voice of customer (VOC) in order to translate market needs and opportunities into overall strategic direction. Develop relationships with key opinion leaders to maintain APM’s leadership position in the market.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, engineering, regional, and global marketing teams to define capital platform strategy and disposable technology integration pathways for current and future algorithms.
  • Conduct global market research and analysis in identifying new markets and algorithm opportunities, determining their overall potential and feasibility with the R&D Algorithms team.
  • Develop thorough understanding of healthcare AI market drivers including reimbursement, pending legislation, economics, regulatory requirements and competition. Analyze their impact on the overall business and develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate threats.
