Salla, the leading SaaS e-commerce enabler in the region, is in search of a dedicated and innovative Product Manager to join its dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering product strategy and execution for our e-commerce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop products that resonate with our merchants and their customers while driving growth and enhancing user experience. Responsibilities Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap that aligns with Salla’s business objectives. Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback for product development. Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to launch new products and features. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform product strategies. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success. Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including requirements specifications and user stories. Ensure timely delivery of products and features within budget. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team. Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (e.g., Business, etc.). 3+ years of experience in SAAS or digital product management, preferably within the tech or e-commerce sectors. Demonstrated ability to create and execute product strategies. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making. Experience in marketplace management, with a demonstrated history of developing or overseeing digital marketplace products (B2C or B2B). A comprehensive understanding of supply-demand dynamics, seller onboarding processes, and optimizing the buyer's journey is essential.. A strong enthusiasm for e-commerce accompanied by a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements. Experience with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
