Fleetcare is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to play a key role in technology projects, system implementations and digital transformation initiatives.

Working within our Technology Services team, you will partner with business stakeholders, project managers, vendors, developers and architects to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements. You will lead discovery activities, analyse processes, identify improvement opportunities and help ensure technology solutions deliver meaningful business outcomes.

 Job Description

What you’ll be doing

• Lead workshops and gather business and technical requirements.
• Analyse processes, systems and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct gap analysis for implementations, integrations and business change.
• Create user stories, process maps, functional specifications and technical documentation.
• Partner with stakeholders, developers, architects and vendors.
• Support solution design, testing, UAT and implementation.
• Contribute to Agile and Waterfall project delivery.
• Turn business and system data into practical insights and recommendations.

 Desired Skills and Experience

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• A strong background in software development, digital transformation or system implementation projects.
• Proven process analysis, gap analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Experience producing user stories, process maps and functional and non-functional requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills.
• A practical, analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Highly Regarded

Experience with Salesforce, ERP, CRM, APIs, integrations, Azure, Databricks, SQL or data analytics will be highly regarded, along with Agile experience, business analysis certification or knowledge of fleet management or financial services.
