JOB DESCRIPTION

The Product Manager - Medical Devices will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute portfolio strategies in line with global/regional guidance
  • Design and implement portfolio and platform strategies aligned with both regional and global directives.
  • Define and articulate compelling value propositions for target segments and channels, translating strategic direction into actionable plans.
  • Gather and leverage in-depth market knowledge and customer insights; synthesise findings on the competitive landscape and portfolio performance.
  • Lead campaign development and rollout based on strategic segmentation and customer targeting; collaborate closely with the Cluster omnichannel lead for alignment.
  • Adapt and produce localised marketing and sales materials tailored to the portfolio; enhance tools and resources that support commercial success, including positioning for tenders.
  • Advise commercial teams on pricing strategies that reflect global and regional frameworks.
  • Equip teams with effective engagement tools to enhance customer interaction and experience.
  • Deliver training sessions on product applications, scientific evidence, and general product knowledge to boost field competency.
  • Contribute to the planning cycle and support opportunity tracking and pipeline management.
