Description
Develop and execute marketing plans for Endo & Uro therapies aligned with global objectives. Lead local launch readiness for new therapies (e.g., REZUM, Axonics), ensuring sales training and patient pathway enablement. Build referral networks and patient awareness campaigns to support therapy adoption. Create product toolkits and messaging tailored for public and private segments. Organize workshops, symposia, and patient education programs. Partner with Sales and Medical Affairs to navigate reimbursement and clinical evidence dissemination. Monitor therapy adoption, referral conversion, and reimbursement approvals; adjust plans accordingly. Collaborate with regional marketing on digital campaigns and omnichannel engagement. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Business Marketing or related field. Minimum 5 years in healthcare/pharmaceutical marketing (preferably cardiovascular or medical surgery) with proven success in product launches and portfolio management. Strong understanding of patient pathways and reimbursement processes. Proficient in Power BI, Sales force, Excel, and presentation tools. Excellent communication and KOL engagement skills. Experience with digital marketing tools, content creation, and omnichannel strategies is an advantage.
