REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extensive experience managing Amazon Seller Central, with a strong understanding of listing optimization, advertising, and data-driven sales strategies.
  • A track record of successfully launching and scaling products, particularly in the wellness, supplements, or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Expertise in product and project management, with a focus on innovation and customer-centric solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for holistic wellness and an interest in trends related to mindfulness, supplements, and mental health.
  • Experience working across different markets and a deep understanding of international consumer behaviour.
  • Proven experience in international product sourcing, particularly in working with bulk purchase platforms like Alibaba.

We’re looking for a dynamic Product Manager (Merchandise & Supplements) to lead our efforts in sourcing, developing, and launching these products on Amazon, Shopify, and other major platforms.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As the Product Manager (Merchandise & Supplements), you will play a pivotal role in the creation and evolution of our diverse product lines. Starting with print-on-demand services, you’ll scale up to bulk purchasing as products prove successful. Your role will involve not only managing the logistics but also collaborating closely with our external marketing team to ensure each product aligns with our brand values and resonates with our customers.
This is more than a typical Product Manager role; it’s an opportunity to be part of the entire development process, from initial concept to final delivery. Your insights and expertise will shape the products that define our brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Sourcing & Development: Build and manage relationships with Print on Demand (POD) partners, focusing on sourcing high-quality, customizable products that align with our brand vision. Ensure smooth integration with platforms like Amazon for automated order processing and fulfilment. Start with smaller test orders and scale up based on product performance. Manage the Amazon Seller Central account, ensuring all products are listed accurately and optimised for visibility. Leverage Amazon’s tools and analytics to drive sales and improve product ranking.
Market Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand consumer demand, target audience segments, and stay updated on emerging trends within the wellness and mental health sectors.
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for e-commerce, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall objectives. Create and maintain a clear roadmap for each product’s lifecycle, with an emphasis on maximizing sales and exposure, especially on Amazon.
Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with external marketing teams and POD partners to ensure seamless product launches and promotions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient product listings, inventory management, and overall operational success.
Budget Management: Manage budgets for Amazon marketing campaigns and POD service fees, making strategic decisions to maximise return on investment (ROI) while maintaining high product quality and profitability.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:Monitor and assess product performance using sales data and analytics. Report findings to guide future product development, optimization, and marketing strategies.
Customer Feedback Integration: Collect and evaluate customer feedback from Amazon reviews and other platforms to drive continuous improvement and innovation in product offerings, ensuring we consistently deliver value to customers.
Partnership Development: Establish strategic partnerships and negotiate affiliate deals with third-party companies to expand product distribution and enhance brand visibility.
Industry Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and innovations to ensure our product range remains competitive, relevant, and forward-thinking.
