Overview We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Business Central team focusing on delivering world-class ERP solutions for SMBs. This role requires deep expertise in Finance and Supply Chain processes, combined with strong product management skills to shape the future Business Central. Responsibilities We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Business Central team, focusing on delivering world-class ERP solutions for SMBs. This role requires deep domain expertise in finance and supply chain processes, combined with strong product management skills to shape the future of Business Central. Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for Business Central with a focus on sustainability, financial and supply chain capabilities. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features that meet customer needs. Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation in financial and supply chain workflows. Ensure compliance with global financial standards and regulations within the product. Partner with marketing and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies and product positioning. Monitor product performance and continuously optimize based on data-driven insights. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in product management or similar roles within ERP or financial software. Strong understanding of financial and supply chain processes (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, tax compliance, SCM). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate complex financial and supply chain requirements into intuitive product experiences.
