POSITION SUMMARY

Milo is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle of our consumer products across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on cross-functional collaboration and has a strong grasp of product development, market research, and customer-driven innovation. You will play a key role in guiding products from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring they align with our brands and deliver meaningful value to our customers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or related role.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product decisions.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects with competing priorities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in consumer products, e-commerce, or retail channels.
  • Background in industrial design, manufacturing, or supply chain is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, or DTC platforms.
  • Proficiency with tools like Excel, Jira, Trello, or product lifecycle management software.
Responsibilities
  • Manage product lifecycles from ideation to end-of-life, including planning, development, launch, and optimization.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to identify market opportunities and guide product direction.
  • Collaborate with design, sourcing, marketing, and operations teams to bring new products to market.
  • Define product requirements, specifications, and timelines in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support go-to-market strategies, including packaging, positioning, and promotional planning.
  • Ensure alignment between product strategy and company goals.
