Your skills: 1.5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, or related tech roles (e.g., QA, Marketing, Customer Success) with a strong desire to transition into Product. Solid theoretical foundation in product management best practices, product metrics, and agile methodologies Proactive learner with a high level of ownership. You don’t wait to be told what to do; you ask questions, propose ideas, and move quickly Ability to think critically, look at data, and draw logical conclusions to make informed decisions Strong communication skills and empathy, allowing you to effectively collaborate with the team and talk to users Will be a huge plus: Understanding of B2C activation, engagement, and retention mechanisms How we get things done?
