We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive execution and delivery for a remote, cross-functional team building a mobile game. This role sits at the intersection of product thinking and production discipline. You will own sprint direction, Live Ops planning, backlog clarity, and release predictability while partnering closely with engineering, design, art, and QA. This is not a purely strategic roadmap role. You are responsible for translating product priorities into structured execution and ensuring updates ship on time with quality. Why You’ll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays per company guidelines 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you’re most productive High ownership role embedded directly with engineering and creative teams Work on a globally licensed football gaming platform Timezone Requirement: Must be fully available in Central European Time Ability to maintain overlap with Pacific Time for cross-team collaboration What You’ll Work On Product Execution and Delivery Translate high-level product goals into clear sprint priorities Own backlog clarity, ticket structure, and acceptance criteria Ensure scope is realistic and aligned with release timelines Maintain delivery discipline across all disciplines Live Ops Strategy and Cadence Own the Live Ops calendar and content release planning Balance feature work, events, and monetization updates Build structured processes to ensure repeatable execution Coordinate assets, QA gates, and approvals before launch Cross-Functional Leadership Align engineering, design, art, and QA around clear outcomes Drive decision-making when tradeoffs arise Surface risks early and escalate blockers quickly Maintain momentum across time zones Release Ownership Coordinate release readiness across builds and QA Ensure clear go or no-go decisions Oversee bug triage and prioritization Maintain release documentation and post-launch reviews Data-Informed Iteration Monitor event performance and product KPIs Partner with analytics to validate feature outcomes Identify areas for tuning, optimization, and iteration AI-Enhanced Workflow Use AI tools to accelerate documentation, specs, summaries, and process hygiene Improve internal workflows through lightweight automation What You Bring 2 to 5+ years of experience in product management or production within mobile casual or free-to-play games Direct exposure to Live Ops and scheduled content releases Strong understanding of F2P fundamentals including events, offers, retention, and monetization loops Experience working closely with engineering teams in sprint-based environments Comfort operating in ambiguity within startup settings Strong written communication and async collaboration skills Experience using Linear or similar product management tools Nice to Have Experience working on licensed IP or sports-related games Familiarity with build and release pipelines Exposure to automated QA processes Experience reading dashboards and running basic performance analysis Experience balancing greenfield feature development with ongoing Live Ops How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume A short 1–2 minute Loom video explaining: Your experience in mobile F2P product management Your exposure to Live Ops cadence Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be considered.
