• Manage the internal and external contracting process year-round and tactical rates to support our product strategy
• Negotiate travel offers with key suppliers to deliver product range and long-term business growth of assigned destinations
• Deliver and maintain a pipeline of travel offers to achieve and maximise sales targets
• Ongoing contract negotiation with tourism partners and stakeholders
• Liaise with key airline partners to deliver tactical airfares that drive margin and volume
• Manage advertising budgets to deliver strong and steady return on investment
• Work with all key internal stakeholders to ensure sale promotions achieve targeted outcomes
• Working closely with the Product Team to develop staff, identify and introduce process improvements as needed
