This is a remote position that requires the ability to work effectively from a home office with reliable internet connectivity. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong sales background with a proven record of success.
  • Excellent written, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • 2+ years of account management experience in a channel sales organisation.
  • Ability to anticipate and understand clients’ and partners’ business needs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and hands-on approach to tasks.
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI reporting tools.
  • Expertise in conducting meetings and training, often in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities

The Partner Account Manager (PAM) serves as the primary liaison between Hexagon and its external partners. The PAM is responsible for recruiting new partners and managing, building, and maintaining these relationships.

  • Monitor program objectives and provide critical performance feedback.
  • Gain insights and understanding from key decision-makers regarding customer needs.
  • Promote Hexagon portfolio solutions to stakeholders and prospective customers to support the sales process.
  • Build company credibility, brand value, and trust with key stakeholders.
  • Hold partners and stakeholders accountable for agreed-upon commitments and objectives.
  • Align with the partner leadership team to drive towards common goals.
  • Identify, drive, and own partner-led pipelines, conducting regular opportunity reviews with partners and Hexagon sales teams.
  • Track, measure, and manage partners’ success against metrics to maximise results.
  • Collaborate with the direct sales organisation to optimise channel engagements and drive revenue.
  • Provide partners with performance data and collaborate with their teams and internal resources to drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with partner executives (including C-level) across sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
  • Drive partner-sourced and influenced revenue.
  • Submit change requests on behalf of the partnership team and collaborate with internal teams on solutions.
