•Market & Product Selection: Conduct in-depth analysis of Chinese consumer market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights. Lead the development of quarterly/annual product selection and launch plans aligned with brand positioning and market demand. •Business Feasibility Analysis: Responsible for cost calculation, pricing strategy, and profit estimation for new product introductions, ensuring overall profitability of the product portfolio. •Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor product line performance, develop clearance plans for slow-moving items, and create growth strategies for high-potential products. •Supply Chain Collaboration: Work closely with HQ procurement and supply chain teams to ensure accurate alignment of product information, supply plans, and cost structures. 5+ years of experience in product management or buying in consumer goods/cross-border e-commerce. Strong business acumen and market analysis skills, proficient in product selection methodologies, and capable of independently building cost-profit models. Data-sensitive with excellent logical thinking and decision-making skills. Deep understanding of the consumer goods industry, cross-border experience preferred A comprehensive knowledge of the consumer goods industry, including market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements; Business and marketing acumen. Deep understanding of Tmall platform rules, marketing tools, and advertising logic. Highly data-sensitive with strong analytical skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations Ability to communicate effectively through written and spoken word Basic English communication skills required.
