You will collaborate with a cross-functional team and key stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions that enhance patient engagement and outcomes in cancer care. You will be accountable for ensuring that the solutions developed are valuable (customers choose to use them) and viable (solutions work within the business constraints). Your role involves a deep understanding of our users (cancer patients and clinic care teams) and the data on how they engage with our products. You will also track industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform your product decisions. Your insights and initiatives will be crucial to the company’s ongoing success.

  • Proven ability to leverage product analytics to inform decision-making and prioritize features.
  • Experience creating product roadmaps that align with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Skilled at developing buy-in across cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, clinical, and commercial stakeholders. Able to communicate vision and rationale effectively to ensure alignment.
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare is preferred. Familiarity with healthcare operations, data integration, analytics, or standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues, customers, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience gathering and refining product requirements through direct interaction with users and customers throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Passionate about improving the lives of cancer patients and contributing to Navigating Care’s mission.
