Find out more about us here. What does a Product Manager do at Frollo? As a Product Manager at Frollo, you will own the product vision and roadmap for assigned products or features, working closely with engineering, design, sales and customer success to deliver valuable, reliable and compliant solutions. You will translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements, prioritise work to maximise business impact, and lead cross-functional execution from discovery through to launch and ongoing optimisation. This role suits someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and a strong customer focus. Key responsibilities: End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead the discovery, roadmap planning, and execution of personal financial management features for the consumer mobile app. Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize user research, market analysis, and behavioral data to identify growth opportunities and reduce friction in consumer journeys. Growth & Retention Focus: Own key performance metrics across the entire funnel—acquisition, onboarding, and retention—by designing engagement loops and lifecycle messaging. Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ship high-quality features while navigating technical trade-offs. Prioritisation & Impact: Align product initiatives based on strategic value and effort to ensure the portfolio meets established KPIs and business goals. Operational Excellence: Manage the full product lifecycle within an agile framework, ensuring all features meet risk, security, and compliance standards. Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a bridge between technical teams and senior leadership to facilitate informed decision-making and clear communication. Essential Skills & Experience 3-5 years proven Product Manager experience on a market-leading digital financial product. Experience working on fintech or regulated financial products (e.g. banking or BNPL apps). Strong track record leading cross-functional teams. Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency in product management activities. Understanding of API-based products and integration patterns, including working with APIs/SDKs. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mixpanel, and Tableau. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage across all levels. Strong customer-centric product mindset with a bias for action, rapid iteration, and innovative thinking that challenges the status quo. Analytical, pragmatic self-starter who quickly learns complex concepts, operates well in ambiguity, and turns insights into clear, practical outcomes. Please note: due to the nature of this role, we are only able to consider applicants who are Australian citizens or permanent residents. Why should you join Frollo? Growth: Access ongoing training, mentorship, and clear career pathways across product, delivery and fintech — we're invested in your professional development and long-term success. Family Focus: Enjoy flexible working arrangements and genuine work-life harmony in a collaborative, diverse workplace that values your wellbeing and unique perspective. Supportive Culture: Make a meaningful impact driving business results while working in an inclusive environment where colleagues support each other and shape exceptional client experiences. We recognise that success can come from a variety of skill combinations, so if you feel your experience aligns with what we are looking for, we encourage you to apply. A great opportunity to join a business that truly lives its values, genuinely values work-life balance and sees it as a critical ingredient to enabling people to bring their whole selves to work.
