Company Description As a Product Manager at NIQ Brandbank, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product initiatives that enable seamless content creation, syndication, and integration across our suite of customer facing platforms and internal systems to support the business strategy and operational processes. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, commercial, and customer success teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. As a Product Manager, the key responsibilities include defining and communicating a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and product development to deliver exceptional value to customers and stakeholders. Leveraging Voice of Customer feedback, industry trends and to innovate our solutions and enhance the user experience and support business growth. Lead discovery efforts to understand customer pain points and market opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement. Qualifications Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager or similar role in product management Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies Excellent verbal and written communication skills including: building customer rapport and running workshops. Excellent organisational and time management skills Experience in online grocery/FMCG is desirable An understanding of consumer content and/or online retail industry and related technologies is desirable The ability to quickly grasp a clear understanding of a customer’s needs and translate them to a set of requirements and well-planned solution deliverables.
