Company Description As a Product Manager at NIQ Brandbank, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product initiatives that enable seamless content creation, syndication, and integration across our suite of customer facing platforms and internal systems to support the business strategy and operational processes. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, commercial, and customer success teams to deliver impactful solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. As a Product Manager, the key responsibilities include defining and communicating a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and product development to deliver exceptional value to customers and stakeholders. Leveraging Voice of Customer feedback, industry trends and to innovate our solutions and enhance the user experience and support business growth. Lead discovery efforts to understand customer pain points and market opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement. Job Description Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Discovery Define a clear product vision and roadmap aligned to business goals. Lead discovery to understand customer pain points and market opportunities. Use Voice of Customer insights (VoC-led)and industry trends to inform product direction. Execution & Delivery Lead the end-to-end go-to-market process. Prioritize initiatives based on strategic value and ROI. Create requirements and maintain a value-driven product backlog. Coordinate delivery with product leaders, analysts, and project managers. Analysis & Insights Conduct market, user, and competitive analysis. Gather and interpret user feedback to enhance product experiences. Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders. Team & Stakeholder Support Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Remove impediments and foster a safe, collaborative environment. Ensure work aligns with business priorities and promotes transparency. Qualifications Attributes & Skills Demonstrated experience in Product Management with hands-on involvement across the entire product lifecycle. Technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies. Skilled communicator, capable of building customer rapport, running workshops, and presenting to leadership. Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and the ability to translate customer needs into clear requirements and successful solutions. Experience in FMCG, online grocery, retail content, or related digital industries is desirable. Comfortable diving into product details while maintaining strategic perspective. Additional Information May take on additional duties as needed. Must follow professional and safety standards.
