PRODUCT MANAGER

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity, owns outcomes, and has a builder’s mindset. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to bring products from concept to launch—and beyond.

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business objectives.
• Lead initiatives to streamline product development processes and reduce time-to-market while maintaining quality.
• Defining detailed feature requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Communicating product changes, updates, and release notes clearly to internal stakeholders and the wider company.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer teams to build and launch features.
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics; use qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions.
• Gather user feedback, conduct interviews, and synthesize insights to inform product development.
• Developing and maintaining clear, accurate product documentation (e.g., user guides, internal knowledge base articles).
• Participating in QA processes, including bug reporting, verification, and user acceptance testing.
• Write product specs, user stories, and communicate requirements clearly.
• Act as the voice of the user and ensure we’re solving the right problems.
• Help build and scale product processes that balance speed, quality, and customer impact.
